IOF research units will be asked to create posters, discussing the work of their units, as well as their predictions based on our 10th Anniversary theme of “Reimagining the Future of Oceans and Fisheries.”

(Units must pick up poster paper and pens on afternoon of Friday, September 5th from Katherine Came’s office (Rm. 233)

Tuesday, Sept. 16 all day Chilliwack Lake FISH 520 Field trip
Students in FISH 520 will be taking a field trip to Chilliwack Lake, guided by Dr. Jordan Rosenfeld, Aquatic Scientist, Applied Freshwater Fisheries Research Unit (AFERU), in order to observe the natural habitat of local Pacific salmon species.

As in past, this will be open to all IOF students, staff, faculty, researchers, or post-docs who want to come on this field trip. Details about signing up to come.
