Biography
In my previous studies, I have been deeply immersed in understanding the impact of climate change on some wildlife species and their habitats in Iran. I’m particularly concerned about the threats biodiversity faces, be it from climate shifts, pollution, or human activities. I have studied different species, but I am the most passionate about big cats, specifically, Asiatic cheetahs, and have a profound interest in aquatic environments and their inhabitants.
Currently, I am working on a project on the wonderful island of X̱O¸X̱DEȽ (also known as Mandarte Island). I’m studying the glaucous-winged gulls to determine if human activities are influencing their behaviour and their health status. I’m using GPS and acceleration data to monitor them. My goal is to gain a deeper understanding of these birds and to ensure we coexist harmoniously on this planet. I can’t wait to share my findings with you! 🙂
