Biography
Marine Biologist and Master of Science in Fisheries at the University of Concepcion. Currently a PhD student at IOF. He has been working on crabs and squat lobster stock assessment in Chile for more than ten years.
Research Interests
His research interests are spatial distribution models using GLMMs with spatial and spatiotemporal random fields, quantitative ecology, stock assessment and population dynamics. In his free time he enjoys doing hiking, playing tennis and running.
